Chelsea Hopkins

Chelsea is a longtime fan of both films and film music, having discovered John Williams at a young age with his score to Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. As her taste in movies grew over the years, she eventually created her own review site where she reviewed movies, their soundtracks, and the occasional book. This led to eventually being invited to co-host The MovieByte Podcast with creator and host TJ Draper, which she happily enjoyed for 50 episodes before stepping aside for scheduling reasons.

But now Chelsea is back with a podcast of her own!

Chelsea currently lives in Dallas, TX with her cat, Tucker. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies, reading anything fiction or non-fiction, watching TV, crocheting, and playing the occasional video game. Always interested in discussing the things she loves, you can find her on Facebook or Twitter, and of course you can listen to her on The Cinescope Podcast or on her other now-finished podcast, An American Workplace, where she and her cohost Katie White talked about every single episode of NBC's The Office! Additionally, in 2020 Chelsea launched another podcast, Crossroads of Destiny, with her two best friends Andrew and Melanie, who have both made multiple appearances here on Cinescope, talking about Nickelodeon's beloved cartoon series from their childhood, Avatar: The Last Airbender.
